Welcoming the New Students and Recruitment

It’s that year of time again when new talent arrives at SZABIST. ACM SZABIST has always worked to encourage the new students and provide them with a platform to enhance their skills and bring out their best in everything. Like last year, even this year we have decided to help the new students get familiarized with the environment and provide them all help to adjust. To do this we are planning a semi formal Induction session for them. Along with that, we will start our recruitment very soon.

So just wait for our next posts for the dates of these events and more surprises.

Events in August

August will carry some new faces in SZABIST. ACM will welcome newly Zabbed and give them a chance to be a part of organization. Event will be from 2nd August to 7th August. After recruitment new members will be given an introduction of ACM and its members.

Gamer’s Edge III is also going to be held in the same month, probably in the last week. It will carry some new games with new players throughout SZABIST.

ACM at CIO Campus Conversation

CIO Pakistan was invited by IEEE SZABIST in campus, last Wednesday dated 30th June, 2010. Officials from different companies appeared at event and shared their experiences. They also encouraged younger generation for entrepreneurship and answered queries from students. Followed by a refreshment with roles and samosas at 100 campus’ garden.

ACM team attended this event. Governing body met with Miss Rabia Garib personally and conveyed her for future events at SZABIST in collaboration with ACM. We hope to see CIO doing such events regularly in SZABIST to improve vision of students.
